This urban project with its predominant Californian architecture offers us a breathtaking view of the island of Montreal. The living areas are well defined and uncluttered to maximize outdoor space. The choice of the white color makes sense so as not to weigh down the project given the small surface area of the land versus the number of living areas.

An enhancing effect was created with the black granite stone belt around the swimming pool in connection with the black columns of the residence. In the evening, the ambient lighting reveals a grandiose spectacle that takes us elsewhere; the bridge in the background as well as the view of the island of Montreal are breathtaking. In this prestigious project, the materials were all chosen with care: high-end paving stones, granite stones, glass railing, western cedar, unique and custom staircase as well as a heating system installed under the front paving and the granite landing to make access safe in the winter season.
