Located in Rosemère, in the Laurentians, this contemporary-style architect's residence, built in 1962 on the banks of the Milles-Îles River, needed a second wind.

In perfect harmony with the house, the materials, textures and colors were chosen with undeniable consistency. The timeless side of the Umbriano paving stone, its linear layout and its texture give it a very refined style.

Mattoni's insertions break the monotony and provide an accent linked to the clay brick cladding which covers the residence. The crowning glory of the swimming pool sandstone stone brings a touch of nobility and gives the impression of increasing its surface area. All the buildings on the outskirts were imagined as an extension of this one.
